How much will it cost to enter and attend the National Championships?
The costs for the AoC Sport National Championships are as follows:
- Competition entry fee - £70
- Full board accommodation - £110 + VAT
- Staff - £110 + VAT for accommodation costs
You will be asked to sign a VAT exemption certificate in which you confirm that students will be asked to make a £10 minimum contribution.
Contracts will be between your college and Nottingham Conferences who will issue the invoice.
What are the accommodation options for staff and students?
Accommodation will be in the student halls on campus. The cost is for full board – breakfast, evening meals and a packed lunch on Saturday.
All rooms will be single occupancy.
How do our students enter the National Championships?
Every college should have received an invitation to the online entry system from firstname.lastname@example.org. Use the link in the email to access the form.
It is the same system that was used for regional tournaments and league and cup entry, so hopefully you will be familiar with it, but if there are any problems please contact your Regional Operations Officer.
Please remember to read the information in the homepage before completing the form.
What is the deadline for entry?
All entries must be received on the online entry system by Friday 27 January 2017. Amendments to entries can be until Friday 3 February 2017.
Any alterations that occur after 3 February 2017 must be approved by your Regional Operations Officer. The college with the original entry will be responsible for paying the invoice but will reclaim the fee from the college providing the replacement competitor(s).
Hopefully there will not be any withdrawals from competitions, but if there are, please let your Regional Operations Officer know ASAP so that the runner up can take their place.
When will we receive our kit orders?
The online shop has now closed. Orders will be delivered by the end of March.
